Rapper Juice Wrld has died after reportedly suffering a seizure at Chicago’s Midway Airport early Sunday morning.

TMZ reported that the rapper, who was born Jarad Anthony Higgins, was bleeding from the mouth when medics responded to the scene. He was conscious while being rushed to a nearby hospital, where he was declared dead.

Insider could not independently confirm the cause of death.

The shocking news comes less than a week after the rapper's 21st birthday. He notably rapped in his song "Legends" that he suffered "paranoia" and wasn't "making it past 21."

Higgins, previously said he drew his stage name from the 1992 film "Juice," which featured rapper Tupac Shakur.

The rapper enjoyed a meteoric rise within the last year after releasing his massively successful song "Lucid Dreams" in Summer 2018 before being signed to Interscope Records and collaborating with some of the genre's biggest names like Lil Yachty and Travis Scott.
