Tammy Hembrow has 9.8 million followers on Instagram. But that didn’t seem to matter at the 2019 MTV Video Music Awards, held at Newark’s Prudential Center on Monday, because an aide had to hold up a sign with her name on it, presumably so photographers would know who she was.
Hembrow is an Australian influencer, who owns the fitness brand S A S K I. She also posts meal plans and workout regimes to her other account Tammy Hembrow Fitness.
She posted a video of her red carpet appearance on Instagram a few hours after the awards ceremony. She didn’t seem too bothered by the fact the chaperone was in view.

According to the Daily Mail, Hembrow was wearing a silver two-piece designed by Geche Escvar.
