Travis Scott is dropping a new single called ‘Franchise’ after teaming up with McDonald’s, the largest fast-food franchise in the world

• Travis Scott announced that he is dropping a new single on Friday. 
• The new single is called “Franchise” — a fitting name for a song in light of Scott’s recent partnership with McDonald’s, the world’s largest fast-food franchise. 
• On September 8, McDonald’s launched its Travis Scott Meal, which includes a Quarter Pounder, fries, BBQ dipping sauce, and a Sprite for $6. 
• Some McDonald’s franchisees opposed the deal prior to its launch, feeling that Scott’s more explicit lyrics made him a poor choice for the family-friendly brand. 
• The deal has been wildly successful, with so many people ordering the Travis Scott Meal that McDonald’s locations started running out of Quarter Pounder ingredients.
• Scott also dropped a line of McDonald’s-inspired clothing as part of the partnership.
