There were 10.9 million job openings at the end of July, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Despite this record-breaking number-the largest amount of openings in 20 years-a study from management software firm Qualtrics predicts openings will continue to soar. More than half of leaders and 44% of all employees said they plan to look for a new job in the next year, according to a recent Qualtrics survey.
